Future Investments

The Giordano Building is a 5-story, 73-unit residential apartment complex located at 1403 26A Street South West in Calgary, Alberta. The building was constructed in 2020 and Crystal Creek Homes purchased the building in September 2022. Since acquisition, zero vacancy and market rental rates have been achieved.

Currie was designed to set a new standard in sustainable development. Working together with Discovery Estates Development Corp, Crystal Creek Homes has purchased 25 lots in the final phase of Discovery Ridge, a community bordering the eastern edge of Discovery Ridge and tucked alongside Griffith Woods Park located in southwest Calgary adjacent to the new Stoney Trail ring road.

Together with Springbank Land Development Corp, Crystal Creek Homes has released 10 lots in the newest phase of the exclusive estate community of Aspen Woods.
